3rd Line Support Engineer

Due to further growth of the business, we are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join an industry leading IT function. Along with reporting into, and having the full support of, the IT Manager, the successful 3rd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for playing a crucial role in keeping IT services running smoothly across the organization. 

Essential Experience / Skills:
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Configuring routers, switches and firewalls
  • Installing IT hardware and services
  • Microsoft Server 2012/2016/2019/2020 certification/experience
  • VMWare and Hyper-V
  • DNS and DHCP
  • Azure and virtualised cloud services environment
  • Wi-Fi installation and configuration (preferred Ruckus & Ubiquiti/Unifi)
  • Experience of MAC operating systems and embedding to Microsoft Cloud
  • Knowledge of SIP and Broadband
  • Experience of working with CRM/ticketing system
