The Engineering Change Coordinator role will involve:
  • Managing change requests by analysing all Change Requests and validating information
  • Ensuring Change Request process is in line with the corporate standard
  • Assessing change plans and schedules, risk and impact
  • Monitoring the progress of Change Requests through change control meetings
  • Identifying problems and working on solutions to improve the Change Request process
 
The Engineering Change Coordinator will ideally have the following attributes:
  • 3 or more years’ experience in process management
  • Strategic planner who can deliver on agreed targets
  • Confident to work under time constraints working on multiple projects to ensure that agreed deadlines are met
  • Strong communication – verbally and written
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Confident with MS Office
