Role- Photonics Design Engineer

Salary- £35,000 - 50,000 per annum dependent on experience

Type- Permanent

Location Commutable – (Devon) Torquay, Exeter, Plymouth  

My client works in the Photonics/Optoelectronics Market

The Photonics Design Engineer will ideally have the following skills:
  • Knowledge in fibre-optics, Photonics and general optics
  • Knowledge in optical design tools’ Zemax Optics Studio
The Photonics Design Engineer role will involve:
  • Design and develop optical and photonic components.
  • Support Design modification and engineering changes to existing products
  • Contribute to cohesive product development strategy
  • Development of cutting edge products
  • Working within multidisciplinary team
