Overview
We’re recruiting for a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Hull. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and develop within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing operations and production targets
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Analyse production data and performance
- Assist with problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Interest in continuous improvement
