Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum
Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Project Manager to join our client in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in project management and make a valuable contribution to the company.
As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization. Your duties will include:
- Assisting senior project managers in planning, organizing, and directing project activities.
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring all deliverables are met within deadlines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Identifying and managing risks to ensure project success.
- Producing project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Supporting the implementation of project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field - Engineering or Project Management
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
