Key Skills Required of the Helpdesk Engineer:
Main Responsibilities of the Helpdesk Engineer:
- Previous experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment are vital for this role
- Knowledge of Windows 10/7
- Office 365 knowledge and technical skills
- ITIL Foundation knowledge
- Active Directory management
The successful Helpdesk Engineer will be paid between £120-£250 per day depending on levels of experience.
- Service Management
- Provide IT support to all internal staff
- To contribute, or otherwise assist, as required within the IT support team
