A key client of mine is looking for numerous Helpdesk Engineers to contract for them for varying levels of time.
Key Skills Required of the Helpdesk Engineer:
  • Previous experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment are vital for this role
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/7
  • Office 365 knowledge and technical skills
  • ITIL Foundation knowledge
  • Active Directory management
Main Responsibilities of the Helpdesk Engineer:
  • Service Management
  • Provide IT support to all internal staff
  • To contribute, or otherwise assist, as required within the IT support team
The successful Helpdesk Engineer will be paid between £120-£250 per day depending on levels of experience.
