JOB – Maintenance Technician   LOCATION – Cheshire   TERM – Permanent   SALARY – £35,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience    My client operates within the manufacturing industry and work globally.  They are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Cheshire area on a permanent basis.   The Maintenance Technician will ideally have the following attributes: Time Served Apprenticeship in Engineering / Manufacturing Experienced working in manufacturing industry ideally A confident Electrical and Mechanical skillset Experienced with machinery maintenance A solid understanding of commercial electrical and plumbing work A Mechanical or Electrical Apprenticeship / NVQ / HNC / HND / BTEC / Degree qualification would also be beneficial Excellent organisational and communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team A flexible and proactive attitude towards work   The Maintenance Technician role will involve: Being proactive in ensuring the smooth running of all equipment and building maintenance PPM and breakdown avoidance Ensuring documentation is maintained, site revies are managed and Health & Safety standards are met Ensuring efficiency and a high standard of work is met throughout the site Working with others and being an excellent team player   If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.
