Salary- £32,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

My client is a successful Award-winning Interior and Architecture practice and works within High-end luxury residential design; they’re looking to take on an experienced Midweight Interior Designer to join their fun, successful and dynamic team on a permanent basis in Harrow.
The Midweight Interior Designer will ideally have the following attributes:
- Degree qualified or related in Interior Design
- Minimum of 4 years’ or more of industry experience working in Interior Design for private residential, developers and show home clients
- Experience at a Mid-Weight Designer level with good knowledge of high-end residential projects
- Strong FF&E experience across a broad spectrum of price points is important along with strong spatial awareness and attention to detail
- A flair and passion for luxury residential FF&E design
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency with one of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite and other 3D modelling packages
- Strong management skills to deliver project son time and on budget
- Be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be keen to develop as part of a dynamic team long term

The Midweight Interior Designer role will involve:
- Taking on the day-today running of the design process and reporting to the Design Director
- Developing initial concepts with clients, complete all FF+E, draw full CAD packages and deliver these though onto site and lead a team
- Managing private client and/or show home interior design briefs
- Managing show homes and collaborate with the broader design team on larger projects where needed
- Recording all meetings with client and Senior Designer and preparation of weekly progress reports for the Senior Designer and preparation of weekly progress reports
- Recording all meetings in minutes/status report format if necessary
- Creating visuals in the form of mood and finishes boards
- Developing initial proposals to include existing and proposed layouts
- Being involved in building strong relationships with their clients throughout the creative process.
- Visiting site to ensure projects are in keeping with design and development
