Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of their production operations. This is a hands-on role where you will drive efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and lead a skilled production team.
The Role:
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all manufacturing activities. You will manage the production team, optimise processes, and ensure that output meets both quality and delivery targets.

Proven experience as a Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager in a similar environment
