LOCATION- Sandy Bedfordshire
SALARY- £20,000 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Premier Engineering are looking for Production Administrator to join a growing business based in Newmarket.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dealing with day to day administration tasks in support of the production team
- Taking notes in meetings.
- Scanning/photocopying confidential documents.
- Tracking the development of projects ensuring the status is up to date on internal system
- Liaise with both internal departments and sales offices to keep them updated of any delays when they occur.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of coordinating projects
- Strong Administration Skills
- An interest in engineering and the engineering process required within the department
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Accuracy with attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative to act decisively.
