Quality Manager – Fareham
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Benefits

The Role
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading the site Quality function, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the Quality team
- Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Overseeing internal and external audits
- Ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business
About You
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality role within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
- Experience leading audits and managing compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
