Role- Refrigeration Engineer
Salary- £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type- Permanent
Location- Hereford
My client is a specialist service provider of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning machinery. They are looking for an Engineer to join their team near Hereford on a permanent basis.
The Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- 3 year or more of experience in a similar Service/Maintenance Engineering position
- Have a background in Refrigeration & Air conditioning with knowledge of Refrigeration systems and principles
- F-Gas qualified
- Knowledge of Brazing
- Degree / HNC / HND / BTEC / NVQ qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Good mathematical and general engineering knowledge
- The ability to understand system requirements
- Be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
The Engineer role will involve:
- Carrying out installation of refrigeration & air conditioning systems
- Provide servicing & maintenance for refrigeration & air conditioning systems
- Identifying and rectifying faults on refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Guidance and assistance to customers as required on functional and technical information
- Maintaining working relationships with colleagues and clients
