As a Technical Director you will help with the management, development, and growth of the Digital Experience team. This team focus on 3 areas of expertise : Design and Build – Data and Strategy – Experiential and innovation.
Accountabilities :
Client Service
  • Help Create solutions for a variety of platforms such as NodeJS, React, iOS, Android, VR, AR, AI/Machine Learning, data visualisation and web-based technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
  • Production of technical documentation (technical specifications, functional specifications)
 
People Engagement
  • Contribute to performance appraisal process for peers and managers
  • Oversee work of the team and external vendors to ensure quality and consistency
  • Coach and support staff, within the direct team and around the business
  • Consistently provide ongoing, constructive feedback to staff
 
Business Development
  • Participate in new business process, including research, audits, idea contribution and proposal preparation
  • Develop a network of industry contacts and vendors
  • Participate in cross-practice and cross-geographical teams to provide clients and prospects
 
Personal Development

Experience
  • Solid commercial experience is required, and the candidate should be highly knowledgeable in development methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Staff management/supervision experience
  • Experience of running and maintaining innovation processes and sessions such as hackathons would be beneficial
