This confidential survey, based around factors on workplace engagement, is completed solely by the employees of the business, in which a Best Companies Index score is generated based on the results. Premier Group has been awarded this accreditation 8 years in a row and have continued to invest in their people and employee engagement helping their teams to feel motivated and valued in the workplace.
