Role: 1ST/ 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst (Contract)
Location: Nottingham (Onsite)
Duration: 2 Months
Rate: £110/125 Per Day
Start date: ASAP
About the Role:
  • Providing 1st line and 2nd line support
  • You will be involved with procurement
  • Deliver software to end users and perform any upgrades / repairs as necessary.
  • PC set ups, printer issues, along with Software deployment
  • You’ll be taking calls and dealing with raised tickets whilst looking to resolve things first time.
  • Following an Incident Management process and getting involved in Problem Management.
  • Providing remote support but potentially once a month may need to assist with site visits to support your colleagues depending on workload potentially may result in very occasional overnight stays.
