NPI Manager – Manufacturing
About the Role
We are currently working on behalf of a leading manufacturing client who is seeking an experienced NPI Manager to join their growing team. This role will play a crucial part in managing new product launches from concept through to production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead NPI projects, managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches.

Develop and manage project plans, ensuring clear milestones and effective risk management.

Liaise with design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless transitions from prototype to full production.

Identify and implement process improvements to support new product introduction.

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, issues, and solutions.
About You:

Previous experience in an NPI / Project Management role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Engineering or technical background preferred.
