NPI Manager – Manufacturing

About the Role

We are currently working on behalf of a leading manufacturing client who is seeking an experienced NPI Manager to join their growing team. This role will play a crucial part in managing new product launches from concept through to production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NPI projects, managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches.

  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring clear milestones and effective risk management.

  • Liaise with design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless transitions from prototype to full production.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to support new product introduction.

  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, issues, and solutions.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an NPI / Project Management role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

  • Engineering or technical background preferred.
