Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated AV Team Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our audiovisual team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide leadership to the AV team, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively towards shared goals
- Assign tasks and projects to team members, while monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of audiovisual systems into client environments
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, implementing innovative practices to enhance our services
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment, ensuring optimal functionality at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in managing an AV team or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
