We have partnered with a SaaS company with a platform that supports recruiters. They are a SME with around 200 employees and are based in London. This is a hybrid opportunity, with 2 days in their office.
This role is perfect for someone who likes to take initiative and build client relationships. This role is a mix between speaking with clients and offering technical support, where applicable. The right candidate must have great communication skills, and enjoy speaking with people!

What will you be doing?
- Split between working with their big multi-national accoount & working with new smaller businesses
- Support and maintaining great relationships with their client base.
- Helping clients set up and supporting with queries.
- Be the middle-man between tech support and the client.
- Implementing functions on their platform.
What are they looking for - 2 of the below:
- Any technical qualifications or background
- Experience woking in a SaaS enviroment
- Experience working in a recruitment firm OR good knowledge of the recruitment cycle
- Great communication skills
