Job Description:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer demands to develop demand forecasts
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to understand business objectives and ensure accurate demand planning
- Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting forecasts as necessary to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Identifying and addressing demand planning issues and providing recommendations for improvement
- Utilizing demand planning software and tools to generate accurate forecasts and conduct scenario analysis
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on demand planning performance and KPIs to management
- Staying updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and risks
