ROLE- Draughtsperson LOCATION- Fakenham TERM- Permanent SALARY- £30,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience My client is a specialist product designer and manufacturer in the architectural sector. They are looking for a Draughtsperson to join their team in Fakenham on a permanent basis. The Draughtsperson will ideally have the following attributes: HNC / HND / BTEC / NVQ / Degree qualified in Design, Engineering or similar At least 3 years experience in a similar Design / CAD Operation position Experienced working with metal and wood Previous experience in a similar role in the architectural sector Be proficient using 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks Have the ability to work well alone as well as part of a small multi-disciplinary team Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Proficient using MS Office Excellent organisational skills and time management skills The Draughtsperson role will involve: Using CAD for concept design and producing technical drawings Producing fabrication drawings to bespoke requirements Communicating directly with clients to determine requirements Liaising with manufacturing providers Creating the required documentation for design as well as project reports / plans Updating 3D models and drawings Checking drawings for sign off Working in a small multi-disciplinary team on varied projects If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.   For more information about this role please apply, or email Isaac Aldridge on ialdridge@pg-rec.com who will be able to provide more details on the opportunity.Many thanks, Premier Group
