There is a fantastic opportunity to help build and establish a new function in Release Engineering within the DevOps arena.

The Release Manager will be experienced and have a strong background in Release Engineering. This will coincide with the design, deployment and management of advanced release technologies. You’ll thrive if you have great communication skills and deep understanding of on-prem and cloud setups.

  • You will design, deploy, and manage next-gen release orchestration technologies and processes and lead the charge in optimizing our on-premise and multi-cloud operations for peak DevOps efficiency.
  • Become the automation guru, eliminating manual steps and seamlessly integrating compliance and quality checks.
  • Mentor and guide fellow team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing release engineering squad.
  • Navigate the cloud like a pro, leveraging your expertise in platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud GCP.
  • Troubleshoot with the best, tackling platform and application challenges head-on.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, actively researching and evaluating cutting-edge release engineering solutions.
  • Document like a champ, creating and maintaining clear and concise operational procedures and environment configurations.

Technical Skills:

  • Over 8 years in designing and implementing CI/CD solutions
  • Managerial Experience
  • Building CI and Deployment Pipelines with tooling like Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps
  • IaaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, Chef or Puppet
  • Effective experience with automation and scripting languages IE Python or Ruby
  • Docker or Packer
  • Config Management such as Vault
  • Maven Gradle
  • Cloud Architecture with AWS, GCP or Azure and services such as EC2, S3 etc
  • Network Config understanding
  • Working in an Agile Environment
