FPGA/ASIC Engineer – Cambridge - £50,000 - £80,000 pa
An world leading Electronics R&D company are looking for an FPGA/ASIC Engineer to join their team developing next generation technology used in the consumer & video/imaging industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop digital designs for custom IC integration
- Write Verilog and SystemVerilog code for simulation and test
- Create FPGA designs
- Validate and test new designs
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or another relevant discipline
- Verilog/SystemVerilog
- FPGA/ASIC Design & Verification
- Network interfaces & protocols
- Good knowledge of circuit diagrams & schematics
Any mix of the following is nice to have:
- Testing, scripting, CI/CD automation
- Python
- Embedded firmware
- CPU architecture
