Job Description
As an Electronic Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and expertise to our customers and internal teams. You will be troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues related to our electronic devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt problem resolution
- Perform in-depth technical analysis and identify root causes of issues
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities
- Design and develop innovative solutions to improve product performance and reliability
- Provide technical training and support to internal teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes and solutions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics) or a related field
- Proven experience in electronic support or a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems, components, and circuits
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
