Role-Senior Firmware Engineer 

Salary- £45,000 - 65,000 + 10% bonus per annum dependent on experience

Type- Permanent

Location – Southampton 

My client works in the Electronics Design Sector

The Senior Firmware Engineer will ideally have the following skills:
  • Embedded C and/or C++ or Python 
  • Hands-on experience of embedded C coding (2+ years). 
  • Hands-on experience of software unit testing. 
  • Hands-on experience creating test environments to evaluate functional
  • Version Control
  • Strong debugging skills
  • Quality: Automotive SPICE, MISRA C:2012, FMEA
Skill/Experience 
  • Helping to develop new features to meet market requirements in embedded on RISC-V based platforms.
  • Support customers during integration or pre-sales to ensure a high-quality solution as required by automotive and industrial customers
