New opportunity for a Finance Director - Based in London between £90,000 to £120,000
A long-standing client of ours are going through a really exciting time, and due to this, are looking for someone to head up their finance department.
You would be joining a scale up founded in 2005, having secured a round of series C funding and having their best year yet! These guys made over 8 hires this year, and show no signs of slowing down. Their finance team consists of 8 employees, which you would head up.
They are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and has their eyes set on being a CTO in the next 18 months. You would be a crucial part of the company, shaping the direction of the company and working closely with the directors. You will be an asset to the team, providing financial stratergy and driving growth within the company. What will you be doing?
- Manage the finance team of 8 employees
- Strategic interpretation of financial performance
- Managing all data and system intergrations
- Create a business plan
- Working closely with the leadership team to make important descisions
What are they looking for?
- Strong experience as a Finance Director (or similar)
- Track record of leading financial operations and driving growth
- ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience managing a team of minimum 6 employees
