Salary Range: £25,000 - £32,000 D.O.E

Job Description:
Premier Group is currently seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Maintenance Engineer to join our client in Swindon. As a Graduate Maintenance Engineer, you will contribute to the smooth operation and maintenance of our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient and reliable performance to meet production targets.
Key Skills Required:
- Engineering - Mechanical and Electrical knowledge would be beneficial
- Apprenticeship Qualification or similar
- 1-2 Years Experience as a Maintenance Engineer
- Great Communication Skill
- Works well in a team
To excel in this role, you must possess a strong technical background and have a passion for problem-solving. As a Graduate Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving equipment-related issues and implementing preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
