JOB- Facilities Technician / Handyman (Days Mon-Fri)

LOCATION- Berkshire

TERM- Permanent

SALARY- £18,000 - £20,000 per annum plus Overtime (dependent on experience)

My client works within hospitality and building services and they are looking for a Maintenance and Facilities Engineer / Handyman to join their business on a permanent basis in the Berkshire area servicing their prestigious site.
This is a full-time position with an average of 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Repair tasks on any relevant building and landscape associated faults
  • Carpentry
  • General Repairs
  • Plumbing
  • Brickwork / Roofing / Tiling
  • Gardening and landscaping
  • Minor electrical fitting (Lighting)
  • Use of machinery e.g. Forklift (training and certification given if required) 
  • Complete maintenance tasks on time and proficiently
  • Record keeping 
The Maintenance Technician should have the following attributes:
Experience in one or more of the following ideally:
  • Pool Plant Operator
  • Caretaker/Handyman
  • DIY / Painting / Decorating Experience
  • Electrical or Mechanical experience
  • Carpentry experience
  • Maintenance Experience
  • Plumbing Experience
