Company Overview & Job Title:
A successful and recognized specialist engineering company based in Leicester (Leicestershire) with leading technologies and specializing in multiple industries for the Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, Production, and Machinery sectors have a new role to recruit for a brand new Junior Electronics Engineer to join the team and business on a permanent basis. The role is suitable for a Graduate or Junior Electronics Engineer with 1 to 2+ years of experience.
Salary on offer:
The salary on offer for the successful Junior Electronics Engineer is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
Hybrid working:
Working 3 days onsite and 2 days from home is offered and available.
The role:
The successful Junior Electronics Engineer will join a small multi-disciplined engineering team and to be provided the opportunity to work in a Harwdare Electronics Engineering role where the Junior Electronics Engineer will reap the rewards of development and involvement covering electronics design practises together with Printed Circuit Board Design (PCB Design) & Schematic Capture.
Junior Electronics Engineer Key Skills:
- Degree qualified or HNC/HND in Electronics, Electrical equivalent engineering discipline
- Electronics Graduate or Junior Electronics Engineer with 1-2+ years’ experience
- Good knowledge/experience of analogue & digital electronic circuit design
- PCB Design & Schematic Capture
- ECAD design software experience – Altium, OrCAD, KiCAD or similar
- Ability to read electronic schematics and use of lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
- Practical skills – Circuit prototype testing, debugging, soldering, fault finding

- 37 working hours Monday to Friday. Start and Finish Times are flexible but you are required to be on the premises between Monday-Thursday 9:30 am-12pm:00pm and 13:30-16:00 and Friday is 9:30 am-12:00 pm and 13:300-14:00
