We are currently seeking a Junior Partner Manager for our business based in Milton Keynes. As a Junior Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.
Your main responsibility will be to creatively deliver partner programs and initiatives that drive revenue and growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve mutual success.
The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, exceptional communication and persuasion skills, and a proven ability to deliver results. You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective partners
- Create and execute partner marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Identify new business opportunities through partner channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of partner programs
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics to drive improvements
- Provide support and guidance to partners to maximize their success
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in partner management or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering successful partner programs and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
