Role - Mechanical Design Engineer
Location - Bristol
Salary - £30,000-£40,000
We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Bristol. As a leading company in the field of engineering, we offer a challenging and rewarding work environment where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and systems, using CAD software and other design tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines. Your duties will include:
- Creating 2D and 3D models of mechanical products, assemblies, and systems.
- Performing simulations and analyzing data to validate designs.
- Producing detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Collaborating with manufacturing and production teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective production processes.
- Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Providing technical support and guidance to other team members.
