Senior Account Manager Job Advert Senior Account Manager Location: London Salary Range: £50,000 - £100,000 per annum Required Skills: Creative - Delivery, Creative - Design and Strategy, Creative - Product and Marketing We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team in London. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, while overseeing the successful delivery of creative projects. Your expertise in creative delivery, design and strategy, as well as product and marketing, will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and achieving business objectives. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact. Understand client objectives and develop tailored creative strategies to meet their needs. Manage the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, marketers, and developers, to develop innovative solutions that drive results. Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads for organic growth. Provide regular updates and reports to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of our services. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, providing insightful recommendations to clients. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related field. Demonstrable expertise in creative delivery, design and strategy, as well as product and marketing. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, innovative projects on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
