Position: SMT Team Leader
Location: New Milton
Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000

As an SMT Team Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) team. Your main responsibilities will include:
-Leading and supervising a team of engineers and technicians involved in the SMT processes.
-Ensuring the efficient operation of the SMT production lines and meeting project timelines.
-Maintaining and optimizing SMT equipment, identifying and resolving technical issues.
-Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
-Implementing quality control measures and conducting inspections to maintain product standards.
-Monitoring and managing inventory levels of SMT components.
-Providing guidance and training to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
