Systems Engineer – Hertfordshire - £50,000 - £80,000 pa
As part of a new expansion, a leading Electronics manufacturer in the Space/Aerospace Industry are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join their R&D team designing next generation robotics & space technology. They have multiple roles available and are in an exciting period of growth, so are considering candidates with a wide range of experiences from mid to principal level.
Responsibilities:
- Create system, sub-system, product & software requirements and specifications.
- System level performance requirements analysis.
- Payload design and specification trade-offs.
- In-orbit operations support.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree in Engineering or another relevant discipline.
- Systems requirements management & analysis, down to subsystems & hardware/software.
- Experience with Satellite communications technologies
- Phase array antennas
- DSP
- Beam hopping
- Link budgets
- Payload design
