JOB – Electrical Design Engineer
LOCATION – Peterborough
TERM – Permanent
SALARY – £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
A UK based manufacturing company are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- NVQ or equivalent electrical engineering qualifications.
- Electrical Design experience in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency with electrical design packages such as AutoCAD, Eplan, Amtech etc.
- Good understanding of PLC’s, drives etc.
The duties & responsibilities will include:
- Design of control panels & motor control panels.
- Producing documentation for testing etc.
- Updating layout drawings.
- Testing & fault finding of electrical equipment.
