About the Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales efforts and maintaining strong customer relationships. Working closely with our sales team, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' needs, providing technical expertise, and presenting our products and solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential customers, demonstrating the value and benefits of our products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver effective proposals
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients
- Provide support to customers during the sales process, including answering technical questions and addressing concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring a high level of technical knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM system
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Sales Engineer in the IT and Telecoms industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT and Telecoms products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
